En el caso de las jubilaciones y pensiones se eleva el Mínimo No Imponible (MNI) de seis haberes mínimos (123.429 pesos) a ocho haberes mínimos (164.572 pesos), beneficiando a 130.000 jubilados y pensionados que dejarán de abonar el impuesto.
